Affiliate terms and conditions

By applying to the affiliate program or sharing an AirportTransportation.com referral link, you agree to the following:

These terms apply to everyone in the Airport Transportation affiliate program. By applying to the program or sharing an AirportTransportation.com referral link or booking widget, you agree to them. “We” means Airport Transportation LLC; “you” means the approved affiliate.

1. Joining the program

  1. You apply through the affiliate application form. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion.
  2. On approval we email you a link to set your password. Your account, tracked links and booking widget are for your own sites and channels; you may not share or resell them.
  3. You act as an independent partner, not an employee, agent or representative of Airport Transportation LLC, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.

2. Commission

  1. You earn 8% of the booking total of every completed booking credited to you. The booking total is the amount the traveler paid for the transfer and its extras, after any discount, and excluding taxes and any amount later refunded.
  2. A booking is completed when the transfer has taken place and the traveler has not cancelled, been refunded or disputed the payment.
  3. Commission shows as pending in your affiliate panel when the booking is made and becomes approved once the transfer is completed.
  4. Cancelled, refunded and charged-back bookings earn no commission. If a booking is refunded or charged back after we paid you, we deduct that commission from your next payment.
  5. We may change the commission rate with 30 days’ notice by email. Bookings made before the change keep the old rate.

3. Tracking

  1. A booking is credited to you when the traveler books within 30 days of clicking your referral link, or books through your booking widget.
  2. If the traveler clicks links from more than one affiliate, the last click before the booking is credited.
  3. Tracking uses a cookie in the traveler’s browser. Bookings made after the cookie is deleted, blocked or expired, or made on another device, may not be credited.
  4. Your own bookings, and bookings made by people in your household or company for their own travel, are not eligible.

4. Payment

  1. Approved commission is paid monthly, on the 10th, for transfers completed in the previous calendar month.
  2. The minimum payout is USD 100. A smaller balance carries over to the next month until it reaches USD 100.
  3. Payments are made through Stripe. You must connect a Stripe account from your affiliate panel and keep its details up to date. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect payout details.
  4. Commission is paid in US dollars. Stripe or your bank may charge currency conversion or payout fees.
  5. You are responsible for any taxes on your commission. We may ask for tax information (such as a W-9 or W-8 form) before paying you.

5. How you may promote us

  1. Describe our service accurately: prices, inclusions and policies as shown on AirportTransportation.com. No false or misleading claims, fake reviews or invented discounts.
  2. Do not bid on “Airport Transportation”, “AirportTransportation.com” or close variations in paid search, and do not use them in domain names, app names or social media handles.
  3. No spam: no unsolicited email, messages or posts, and no cookie stuffing, pop-unders or hidden links.
  4. Do not present yourself as Airport Transportation or as one of our transport providers, and do not copy our website design.
  5. Disclose that you earn a commission where the law or the platform requires it.
  6. You may use our logo and images only as provided in your affiliate panel, without changing them.

6. Coupons

  1. You may create your own coupon for your audience from your affiliate panel. Its discount can be up to 8% of the booking total, and it comes out of your commission: with a 5% coupon you earn 3%; with an 8% coupon you earn nothing on that booking.
  2. Coupons created by Airport Transportation do not reduce your commission: you still earn 8% of the amount the traveler paid.
  3. Your coupons may only be published on your own channels and must not be presented as an official Airport Transportation promotion. We may deactivate a coupon that breaks these terms.

7. Suspension and ending the agreement

  1. You may leave the program at any time from your affiliate panel or by email.
  2. We may suspend or close your account, and withhold commission on referrals obtained in breach of these terms, if you break them.
  3. When the agreement ends, approved commission earned under these terms is paid on the next payment date, minus any amounts owed to us.

8. Liability

We provide the program, tracking and widget as they are and do not guarantee any level of earnings. Our total liability to you is limited to the commission paid to you in the 12 months before the claim. You are responsible for your own sites, content and compliance with the law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will email you about material changes at least 30 days before they apply. Continuing in the program after that date means you accept the new terms.
