Landing at Fort Myers Airport
Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is southeast of Fort Myers, beside I-75, and the Lee County Port Authority runs it. It has one terminal with three concourses, B, C and D, which are not connected airside; a new Concourse E is under construction.
Most flights are domestic, so you walk from your gate straight down to Bag Claim on the lower level, where flights from every concourse arrive. Flights from Toronto, Montréal and Ottawa usually clear US border checks in Canada; other international arrivals, such as the Frankfurt flight, go through US Customs and Border Protection in the international arrivals facility on the lower level of Concourse B first. Pre-booked drivers meet passengers at Bag Claim.
Fort Myers is on Eastern Time (UTC-5), and UTC-4 during daylight saving time from March to November.
US entry
Most flights to Fort Myers are domestic. International visitors need a US visa or, for Visa Waiver Program countries, an approved ESTA before they fly, and clear US Customs and Border Protection at their first US airport.

Where will my driver meet me at Fort Myers airport?
At Bag Claim on the lower level of the terminal, holding a sign with your name. Flights from Concourses B, C and D all arrive at the same Bag Claim.
How far is RSW from downtown Fort Myers and the beaches?
Southwest Florida International Airport is about 15 miles (24 km) southeast of downtown Fort Myers, usually 20 to 30 minutes by car outside rush hour. Fort Myers Beach and Cape Coral are about 35 to 45 minutes away, Sanibel 45 minutes to an hour, and Naples about 35 to 45 minutes south on I-75.
Can you take me to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva?
Yes. We drive to hotels, condos and beach rentals on Estero Island at Fort Myers Beach and across the Sanibel Causeway to Sanibel and Captiva.
Can you take me to Naples, Bonita Springs or Estero?
Yes. We drive south on I-75 to hotels, resorts and homes in Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples, including the gated communities. Give the community name and any gate details when you book.
Can you take me to Cape Coral?
Yes. We drive to homes, canal-front rentals and hotels across Cape Coral. Give the full street address, as many streets in Cape Coral have similar names.
Can you take me to Marco Island, Punta Gorda or Sarasota?

How many terminals does Fort Myers airport have?
One terminal with three concourses, B, C and D. Everyone arrives at the same Bag Claim on the lower level, so you only need to give us your flight number.
Do you drive to vacation rentals and condos?
Yes. Give the full street address, the unit number, the community or rental company name and any gate code, so your driver goes straight to the door.

Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pick-up and you are refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are not refundable.
Do drivers speak English?
Yes. While their English may not be native-level, drivers have the skills to communicate with passengers.
Are tips mandatory?
Tips are not mandatory but are highly recommended; drivers earn them through service quality.
What currencies are accepted?
All prices are in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the charge at its own exchange rate.
Are pets allowed?
We can transport domestic pets kept in cages that fit in a normal vehicle.
Is there room for luggage?
