Airport Transportation in IAH
Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from George Bush Intercontinental Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.
After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. IAH Airport Transfers
Your driver meets you at the terminal you arrive at, A to E, at the meeting point in your confirmation. We track your flight, so a delay moves the pickup instead of canceling it, and the price for the whole vehicle is fixed before you fly.
IAH airport transfers run door to door in sedans, SUVs and vans for groups: to hotels downtown and near the George R. Brown Convention Center, the Galleria and Uptown, the Texas Medical Center, offices in the Energy Corridor and The Woodlands, homes in Katy and Sugar Land, and cruise departures in Galveston.
IAH Airport Shuttle
The IAH airport shuttle is a private van for your party only, with no stops at other hotels across a city this spread out. It has room for luggage and cruise bags and suits families, cruise groups heading to Galveston, patients and relatives going to the Medical Center, and teams visiting the energy companies.
Landing at IAH Airport
George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is on the north side of Houston. It has five terminals, A to E, linked by the free Skyway train inside security and the Subway train outside it; the airport is being redeveloped, so terminal assignments and check-in areas can change.
International arrivals clear US immigration and customs first, at Terminal D for most foreign airlines or Terminal E for United; expect lines when several long-haul flights land together. Houston is on Central time.

Where will my driver meet me at George Bush Intercontinental Airport?
Your confirmation names the meeting point for your terminal. After baggage claim (and immigration and customs for international arrivals), follow the instructions to the meeting point and look for the Airport Transportation representative. Representatives can't enter the immigration or customs areas.
Are meeting points different at Terminals A, B, C, D and E?
Your confirmation gives the meeting instructions for the terminal your flight arrives at. Check the terminal on your ticket when you book, and recheck it before landing: assignments can change during the airport's redevelopment.
How long is the transfer from George Bush Intercontinental Airport to Downtown Houston?
About 30–45 minutes, and longer during weekday rush hours. The Galleria and the Texas Medical Center are about 35–55 minutes.
How long does it take to reach The Woodlands, Katy or Sugar Land?
About 25–35 minutes to The Woodlands, 45–60 minutes to Katy and 50–65 minutes to Sugar Land. Times change with traffic, weather, roadwork and the exact location of your address.
Can I book transportation to the Galveston cruise terminals?
Yes. The drive from George Bush Intercontinental Airport to Galveston usually takes 75–100 minutes. Book to the cruise terminal you are sailing from and allow extra time on embarkation days.
Do you serve Clear Lake and NASA Johnson Space Center?
Yes. Clear Lake, Webster, League City and Space Center Houston are about 50–70 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
What if immigration or baggage claim takes longer than expected?
The team monitors your flight, not your time in the terminal. If you are held up for a long time after customs, call or message your provider (the contacts are in your confirmation) so they know you are still on your way.
How much does George Bush Intercontinental Airport Transportation cost?

Is the transportation private?
Yes. The transportation on this page is reserved exclusively for the passengers on your booking. It is not shared with unrelated travelers.
How many passengers can travel in one vehicle?
Each vehicle category shows its passenger capacity during booking. Luggage volume may reduce the practical passenger capacity, so choose a larger vehicle if you travel with a lot of bags.
Is service available 24 hours?
Transportation can be scheduled for late-night and early-morning arrivals and departures. Availability must be confirmed through the booking system.
Can I book transportation to an Airbnb or vacation rental?
Yes, provided the property can be reached safely by the selected vehicle. Enter the complete address and any access instructions when booking.
Can I book transportation from George Bush Intercontinental Airport to Hobby Airport?
Yes. The drive between IAH and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) usually takes 40–60 minutes. Allow plenty of time, since changing airports means collecting your bags and checking in again.
What happens if my flight is canceled?
Update your new flight in Manage your booking as soon as the cancellation is confirmed, or cancel the transfer there. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full.
Is Airport Transportation the same as George Bush Intercontinental Airport?

Are prices per person or per vehicle?
Prices on our website are per vehicle, not per person, based on a range of passengers.
What payment methods are accepted?
You pay securely online when you book, by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Is my reservation refundable?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pick-up and you are refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are not refundable.
What currencies are accepted?
All prices are in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the charge at its own exchange rate.
