Landing at Kuala Lumpur Airport
Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL), widely known as KLIA, is the main gateway to Kuala Lumpur. It sits in Sepang District, Selangor, south of the city.
The airport has two separate terminals. Terminal 1 handles full-service airlines and has a satellite building for international gates, linked to the main building by the Aerotrain; Terminal 2, formerly klia2, is the base for AirAsia and other low-cost carriers. There is no airside link between them.
At Terminal 1, international arrivals ride the Aerotrain to the main building for immigration. After passport control, collect your bags in the baggage hall and pass customs into the public arrivals area. Malaysia uses Malaysia Time (UTC+8) all year, with no daylight saving time.
Malaysia Digital Arrival Card
Foreign visitors must submit the MDAC online within three days before arriving. Some nationalities can later use the immigration autogates after enrolling at a manual counter, but the MDAC is still needed for each trip.
Cash declaration
Cash above USD 10,000 equivalent must be declared to customs.
Check your terminal
Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are separate buildings with no airside link, so confirm on your ticket whether your airline uses T1 or T2.

Where will my driver meet me at KLIA?
Your driver waits in the public arrivals hall after customs. At Terminal 1, cars collect passengers at the designated pick-up area on Level 1 of the Main Terminal Building.
How far is Kuala Lumpur airport from the city center?
KLIA is about 45 km south of Kuala Lumpur city center, in Sepang District, Selangor. The drive usually takes 45 to 75 minutes, depending on traffic and where in the city you are going.
Do you pick up at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (klia2)?
Yes. Tell us which terminal you land at. AirAsia and AirAsia X use Terminal 2; Malaysia Airlines, Batik Air Malaysia and most full-service airlines use Terminal 1. The terminal code on your ticket is the reliable guide.
Can you take me to Kuala Lumpur city center?
Yes. We drive to hotels, condos and offices across central Kuala Lumpur, including KL Sentral. Give us the full address when you book.
Can you take me to Putrajaya or Cyberjaya?
Yes. Putrajaya and Cyberjaya lie between the airport and Kuala Lumpur, and we take travelers to hotels, homes and offices in both.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Do I need an arrival card to enter Malaysia?
Yes. Foreign visitors must submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) online within three days before arriving. Malaysian permanent residents and a few other groups are exempt.

Walk all the way out of the airport. You'll see representatives holding boards. Look for the Airport Transportation logo or your name.
What kind of vehicles do you use?
Commonly Toyota Hiace, Volkswagen Transporter, Mercedes Sprinter, Volkswagen Crafter, Chevrolet Tahoe, and Chevrolet Suburban.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We carry insurance with complete liability for all passengers while using our services.
Do you provide baby seats?
Baby seats are provided with prior notice, subject to availability, one seat maximum per vehicle.
How far in advance should I book?
You can book any time in advance; we suggest one week to one day ahead. Same-day reservations are available.
What payment methods are accepted?
You pay securely online when you book, by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Do vehicles have air conditioning?
Yes. For your comfort all our units have air conditioning.
What if my flight is delayed?
During booking we ask for your airline and flight number so we can track delays and wait for you.
Can I make stops during my ride?
Yes, you can add an extra stop to your service during the booking process.
Do children pay differently than adults?
No. Prices are set per passenger range or per vehicle, not per age.
Is my reservation refundable?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pick-up and you are refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are not refundable.
Do drivers speak English?
Yes. While their English may not be native-level, drivers have the skills to communicate with passengers.
Are tips mandatory?
Tips are not mandatory but are highly recommended; drivers earn them through service quality.
What currencies are accepted?
All prices are in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the charge at its own exchange rate.
Are pets allowed?
We can transport domestic pets kept in cages that fit in a normal vehicle.
Is there room for luggage?
Yes. There is plenty of room for one suitcase and one carry-on per person.
