About Wingo

Schedules, aircraft assignments, terminals and fare rules can change. Confirm operational details directly with Wingo before travel.

Boeing 737-800
Wingo's only aircraft type, with 186 seats in a single economy cabin, used on all domestic and international routes.
Wingo cabin classes
Wingo has a single economy cabin. The basic fare covers the seat and a personal item; other services are added through GO fare bundles or as extras when you book. Check the seat map and fare conditions before you buy.
Economy
One all-economy cabin on every aircraft, with no business class.
GO fare bundles
Fare bundles that add services such as a cabin bag, checked bags, seat selection and more flexibility. What is included depends on fare.
Wingo Flex
An optional add-on that gives more flexibility to change your trip.
Extras
Bags, seats, pet transport, travel insurance, hotels and car rentals can be added during booking or later in Manage your trip.
Practical information
BaggageCabin bags, checked bags, missing luggage
Wingo baggage allowances depend on the fare bundle, route and extras you add. Allowances are shown during booking.
Every fare includes a personal item that fits under the seat. A larger cabin bag depends on fare. Check the size and weight limits on the official site before you fly.
Checked bags depend on fare and can be added at booking or later, before the flight.
Pets, sports equipment, oversized items and medical equipment follow separate rules. Check the official Wingo baggage page before you fly.
Check-in and boardingSteps before departure
Check in online on wingo.com or in the Wingo app before you go to the airport. Follow the check-in and bag-drop deadlines shown in your booking, which are longer for international flights.
Confirm the airport, especially in Panama City, where Wingo uses Panamá Pacífico (BLB) and not Tocumen (PTY).
Review passport, visa and entry requirements for your destination and any connection point.
Check in online or in the app as soon as it opens.
Save the mobile boarding pass or print it.
Allow time for bag drop, security and, on international flights, immigration.
Lounges
As a low-cost airline, Wingo does not operate lounges or include lounge access in its fares. Some airports offer lounges that travelers can use under their own conditions; check the airport's information before you travel.
Loyalty program
Wingo does not have its own frequent-flyer program. Copa Airlines ConnectMiles members have been able to redeem miles for Wingo travel vouchers through Copa. Program rules change, so check the current conditions with Copa and Wingo before you plan to use miles.
