Turin Airport (TRN), also known as Torino Airport or Turin-Caselle, is the airport for Turin and the Piedmont region in northwest Italy. It stands in Caselle Torinese, about 16 km (10 miles) north of Turin city center, and the usual drive into the center takes around 30 minutes.
Ryanair and Wizz Air fly the most routes, to cities across Italy and Europe, while ITA Airways links Turin with Rome. Air France, KLM, Lufthansa's partner Air Dolomiti, Iberia, Turkish Airlines, Finnair and British Airways connect it with their hubs, and in winter easyJet, Jet2.com and TUI Airways add flights from the UK for skiers. The airport handled about 5 million passengers in 2025.
All flights use one passenger terminal, with arrivals on the ground level and check-in and departures above. The rail station stands opposite the arrivals area, with regional trains to Torino Porta Susa.
From the airport, most travelers head into central Turin, to Porta Nuova and Porta Susa stations, Lingotto and the Royal Palace of Venaria. In winter many continue west into the Susa Valley to the Via Lattea ski area around Sestriere and Sauze d'Oulx, and others go south to the Langhe wine country around Alba.

Arrival tips for Turin Airport
Flights from Italy and other Schengen countries arrive without passport checks. If you come from outside the Schengen area, such as the UK, Turkey or Morocco, you line up at passport control, where non-EU travelers are registered in the EU Entry/Exit System.
Turin has one passenger terminal, so there is no terminal to choose: after baggage claim you walk through customs into the arrivals hall on the ground level, where there is a tourist information point. Signs in the airport use the Italian name, Torino.
For the city, the rail station is opposite the arrivals area, with regional trains to Torino Porta Susa in about 30 minutes. Flibco and Arriva buses to Porta Nuova and Porta Susa leave from the arrivals level, and the official taxi stand is on the left as you exit. Car rental desks are in the arrivals area and the parking garage opposite the terminal. Pre-booked drivers usually meet you in the arrivals hall.
Italy is on Central European Time and uses the euro.
Ground transportation
The train or bus is the cheapest way into Turin; a taxi or pre-booked car is easier with luggage, late at night or for the mountains.
