Airport Transportation in Frankfurt
Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from Frankfurt Main Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.
After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.
Airport transportation in Frankfurt takes you from Frankfurt Airport to hotels, apartments and offices across Frankfurt am Main and the Rhine-Main region, to Mainz and Wiesbaden, and further afield to Heidelberg, Cologne and Stuttgart.
Frankfurt Airport Transfers
Our Frankfurt airport transfers start in the public arrivals area of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, after customs, where your driver waits with a sign bearing your name. Terminal 2 is closed and many airlines moved to Terminal 3 in 2026, so we track your flight and wait at the terminal it actually uses.
You get a fixed price per vehicle before you fly, in sizes from sedans for business travelers to vans for families and groups. Every Frankfurt airport transfer goes door to door, whether you are staying at a city hotel, an apartment in Frankfurt, a hotel in Mainz or Wiesbaden, or heading on to Heidelberg.
Frankfurt Airport Shuttle
Our Frankfurt airport shuttle is a private van for your party only: it leaves as soon as you are through customs and goes straight to your address, with no stops for other passengers and no SkyLine or train changes with your luggage. It suits families with lots of bags, groups and business teams heading into Frankfurt or across the Rhine-Main region.
Landing at Frankfurt Airport
Frankfurt Airport (FRA), officially Flughafen Frankfurt Main, is Germany's busiest airport and Lufthansa's main hub, southwest of central Frankfurt where the A3 and A5 motorways meet. Two terminals handle passengers: Terminal 1, for Lufthansa and most Star Alliance airlines, and Terminal 3, opened in April 2026 for most other airlines. Terminal 2 closed in June 2026 for renovation, and the free SkyLine train links Terminals 1 and 3.
If you arrive from outside the Schengen Area, you pass passport control first; flights from other Schengen countries skip it. You then collect your bags and go through customs into the arrivals area of your terminal.
Frankfurt is on Central European Time (UTC+1) and moves to UTC+2 from late March to late October.
Entry rules
Germany is in the Schengen Area. Non-EU travelers are registered in the EU Entry/Exit System (EES), fully operational since 10 April 2026; the planned ETIAS travel authorization is not yet in operation. Check the visa rules for your nationality before you travel.
Check your terminal
Many airlines moved to Terminal 3 in 2026 and Terminal 2 is closed, so confirm whether your flight uses Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 before you land.
Offers inside the terminal
Decline rides offered inside the terminal and look for the driver holding your name sign.

How Frankfurt Airport pickup works
- 1
Clear arrivals
Immigration, baggage claim, then customs. Representatives can't enter those areas.
- 2
Meet your representative
At the meeting point in your confirmation. Check the company name before getting in.
- 3
Go straight there
No other stops, no other passengers.
Meet in arrivals
Pre-booked drivers wait in the public arrivals area of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 after customs. Give the driver your flight number so they go to the right terminal, since Terminal 2 is closed.
Don't accept a ride from someone claiming to know your booking. Check the company name and reservation details before getting in.
Return trips and flight changes
Going back to the airport
Transportation can also be booked from your hotel, resort or vacation rental to Frankfurt Main Airport. Your pickup time covers the drive plus check-in, security and border procedures, and your airline's instructions come first. Give the correct departure time and terminal when you book.
If your flight changes
We monitor the arrival of the flight on your reservation, but can't find you on a different one. If any of these change, update them in Manage your booking:
