Landing at Hobby Airport
William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) is on the southeast side of Houston, closer to downtown than Bush Intercontinental. It has one terminal with two concourses: the Central Concourse, mostly for domestic flights, and the West Concourse, used for Southwest's international flights. Southwest carries most passengers here.
International arrivals from Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean clear US immigration and customs at the West Concourse before baggage claim. Outside, the curb is divided into numbered zones. Houston is on Central time.
- Entry to the US: international travelers need a valid passport and either a visa or an approved ESTA under the Visa Waiver Program. Have your arrival address ready for the immigration officer.
- Customs: declare food, plants and animal products, and cash over $10,000.
- Hobby, not IAH: Houston has two main airports. Check that your ticket says HOU before you book this page.
- Cruise days: give your ship and sailing time for Galveston so the pickup leaves enough margin for boarding.

Where do I meet my driver at Hobby Airport?

What happens if my flight to Hobby is delayed?

Can I book the return trip to the airport too?
Yes. Add the return trip when you book, or book it later; a Galveston cruise terminal to Hobby transfer on disembarkation day is a common one. Give your departure time so the pickup leaves enough margin for check-in and security.

Do you have insurance?
Yes. We carry insurance with complete liability for all passengers while using our services.
Do you provide baby seats?
Baby seats are provided with prior notice, subject to availability, one seat maximum per vehicle.
How far in advance should I book?
You can book any time in advance; we suggest one week to one day ahead. Same-day reservations are available.

Do vehicles have air conditioning?

What if my flight is delayed?

Do children pay differently than adults?
No. Prices are set per passenger range or per vehicle, not per age.
Is my reservation refundable?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pick-up and you are refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are not refundable.
Do drivers speak English?
Yes. While their English may not be native-level, drivers have the skills to communicate with passengers.
Are tips mandatory?
Tips are not mandatory but are highly recommended; drivers earn them through service quality.
What currencies are accepted?
All prices are in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the charge at its own exchange rate.
Are pets allowed?
We can transport domestic pets kept in cages that fit in a normal vehicle.
Is there room for luggage?
