Osaka Itami Airport is about 11 km (7 miles) north of Osaka Station, and the drive to central Osaka takes about 25 to 30 minutes.

Yes. The Osaka Monorail connects with trains into the city at stations such as Hotarugaike and Senri-Chūō, and airport limousine buses run to Umeda, Namba, Kobe and Kyoto. A private transfer is easier with luggage or for addresses away from the bus stops and stations.
