Airport Transportation in LAX

Landing at LAX Airport
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) sits on the coast in Westchester, southwest of downtown Los Angeles. Its nine terminals, Terminals 1 to 8 and the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT), form a horseshoe around one-way roads with an upper level for departures and a lower level for arrivals.
Most international flights arrive at Tom Bradley, where passengers clear US immigration and customs before baggage claim; queues can be long when several long-haul flights land together. Taxis and rideshares don't pick up at the curb but at the LAX-it lot, reached by shuttle bus. Los Angeles is on Pacific time.
- Entry to the US: international travelers need a valid passport and either a visa or an approved ESTA under the Visa Waiver Program. Have your arrival address ready for the immigration officer.
- Customs: declare food, plants and animal products, and cash over $10,000.
- Your terminal: give your airline and flight number when you book. LAX has nine terminals, and the driver meets you at the one you arrive at.
- Pickup point: follow the pickup instructions in your confirmation, not the signs for LAX-it, which is for taxis and rideshares.

Where do I meet my driver at LAX?
At the terminal you arrive at, at the pickup point in your confirmation. The driver's contact details are in your confirmation too, so you can let them know when you have your bags.
Do I need to go to LAX-it?
No. LAX-it is the lot for taxis and rideshare apps. With a private transfer, follow the pickup instructions in your confirmation instead.
What happens if my flight to LAX is delayed?
We monitor the flight on your reservation, so a delay doesn't cancel your pickup. If your flight number, date or airline changes, or the flight is canceled, update it in Manage your booking as soon as you know.
How long does it take to get through customs at LAX?
It varies with how many international flights land together; at peak times it can take an hour or more. Your flight is tracked, and the driver's contact details are in your confirmation if you need to tell them you're still inside.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The price you see when you book covers the whole car or van and everyone in your party.
Can you take me from LAX to Disneyland in Anaheim?
Yes. Hotels around the Disneyland Resort and the rest of Anaheim are common drop-offs from LAX. Enter your hotel when you book to see the price.
Do you do transfers from LAX to the cruise port?

Do you have insurance?
Yes. We carry insurance with complete liability for all passengers while using our services.
Do you provide baby seats?
Baby seats are provided with prior notice, subject to availability, one seat maximum per vehicle.
How far in advance should I book?
You can book any time in advance; we suggest one week to one day ahead. Same-day reservations are available.
What payment methods are accepted?
You pay securely online when you book, by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Do vehicles have air conditioning?
Yes. For your comfort all our units have air conditioning.
What if my flight is delayed?
During booking we ask for your airline and flight number so we can track delays and wait for you.
Can I make stops during my ride?
Yes, you can add an extra stop to your service during the booking process.
Do children pay differently than adults?
No. Prices are set per passenger range or per vehicle, not per age.
Is my reservation refundable?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pick-up and you are refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are not refundable.
Do drivers speak English?
Yes. While their English may not be native-level, drivers have the skills to communicate with passengers.
Are tips mandatory?
Tips are not mandatory but are highly recommended; drivers earn them through service quality.
What currencies are accepted?
All prices are in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the charge at its own exchange rate.
Are pets allowed?
We can transport domestic pets kept in cages that fit in a normal vehicle.
Is there room for luggage?
Yes. There is plenty of room for one suitcase and one carry-on per person.
