Phuket airport has two terminals side by side: the International Terminal for international flights and the Domestic Terminal for flights within Thailand. Your driver meets you at the one your flight uses.

Yes. We drive to villas, condos and rentals anywhere on the island. Add the property name, gate instructions and your host's contact so the driver can reach the door.

Yes. Foreign visitors must complete the free Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) at tdac.immigration.go.th within the three days before arrival. Since 15 September 2026, travelers from most visa-exempt countries can stay 30 days, so check the rule for your passport.

The terminals have limousine counters with fixed fares by zone and metered taxi stands outside, but booking ahead gives you a driver waiting for you and a fixed price per vehicle. Ignore drivers who approach you inside the hall.

We track the flight on your reservation and adjust the pickup to its actual arrival. If your flight number, date or airline changes, or the flight is canceled, update it in Manage your booking so we can move or cancel the transfer.

Yes. Book a departure transfer from your hotel or villa and tell us whether you fly from the International or Domestic Terminal. From the south of the island, avoid cutting it close between 4 pm and 7 pm.
