Taoyuan Airport is about 40 km (25 miles) west of central Taipei, and the drive usually takes 40 to 60 minutes depending on traffic. Taoyuan and Zhongli are closer, about 20 to 30 minutes away.

Yes. Give the full street address, including the lane and alley numbers used in Taipei addresses, plus the building name and any entrance details. Where a lane is too narrow for a car, your driver stops at the nearest point a car can reach.

Yes. Your pickup is set for your flight's arrival time, day or night, which helps when the Airport MRT has stopped running for the night.

There is no need. Booking ahead gives you a confirmed vehicle and a meeting point before you land. If someone approaches you in arrivals, check the company name against your confirmation before getting in.

We monitor the flight on your reservation, so your driver waits for the actual landing. If your flight number, date or airline changes, or your flight is canceled, update it in Manage your booking so the pickup can be moved.

Yes. Book a one-way departure or a round trip from your hotel or home, and give your flight number, departure time and terminal, so the pickup is set for check-in and security.
