About SpiceJet

SpiceJet Limited, known as SpiceJet, is a low-cost airline based in Gurugram, Haryana, near Delhi. The company was set up as SpiceJet in 2004 and flew its first scheduled flight in May 2005. It is a listed company and is not a member of any airline alliance.

Its main hub is Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. The network is mostly domestic, linking Delhi with cities such as Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Ahmedabad, along with leisure and pilgrimage destinations.
