Airport Transportation in LaGuardia
Pre-booked private transportation takes you directly from LaGuardia Airport to your hotel, resort or vacation rental.
After immigration, baggage claim and customs, continue outside the terminal to the meeting area named in your confirmation. Your vehicle is reserved only for the passengers on your reservation: unlike a shared shuttle, it makes no extra hotel stops for other travelers, and the price is per vehicle, not per person.
Our airport transportation in LaGuardia picks you up at Terminal B or Terminal C and takes you to hotels and apartments in Midtown, Downtown and the Upper East and West Sides of Manhattan, to homes and offices across Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx, and out to Long Island and Westchester.
LaGuardia Airport Transfers
LaGuardia airport transfers start at the terminal where your flight lands: Delta arrives at Terminal C and every other airline at Terminal B, and your driver meets you at your terminal after baggage claim. Most LaGuardia flights are domestic and flights from Canada arrive precleared, so there is no customs line before you meet the driver. We track your flight, so the pickup follows your real landing time, and you choose the vehicle for your party, from a sedan for two to an SUV or van for a family or group with luggage.
Each LaGuardia airport transfer goes door to door to your hotel, apartment or office in Manhattan, to a home in Queens, Brooklyn or the Bronx, out to Long Island or Westchester, or across to JFK or Newark for a connecting flight. Going on to the Hamptons? Enter the address in the booking form: when a vehicle is available for that route, the price shows before you pay; if it does not, contact us before you fly.
LaGuardia Airport Shuttle
Our LaGuardia airport shuttle is a private car or van for your party only, not a shared van that tours several Manhattan hotels before yours. It leaves as soon as you are through baggage claim at Terminal B or C, with room for suitcases and strollers, and suits families, business travelers heading into Midtown and groups arriving on the same flight.
Landing at LaGuardia Airport
LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is one of the three main airports of New York City, with JFK and Newark. It sits in East Elmhurst, Queens, on the shore of Flushing Bay, is run by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and is a hub for American Airlines and Delta Air Lines.
Two terminals are in use, both rebuilt in recent years: Terminal B for every airline except Delta, and Terminal C for Delta and Delta Connection. The historic Marine Air Terminal (Terminal A) has had no airline service since May 2026. Each terminal has its own baggage claim, and your driver meets you at your terminal after it.
Most flights are domestic, so you walk straight to baggage claim. LaGuardia has no customs facilities: flights from Canada arrive precleared, with US immigration and customs done before departure. New York is on Eastern Time and switches to daylight saving time from March to November.
US entry before you board
International flights to LaGuardia come only from airports with US preclearance, such as Toronto, Montreal and Halifax, where you clear US immigration and customs before departure, with a visa or an approved ESTA if your nationality needs one.
Terminal B or C
Delta uses Terminal C and every other airline Terminal B, so give your airline and terminal when you book.
LaGuardia, not JFK or Newark
A federal perimeter rule bars most nonstop flights to LaGuardia from airports more than 1,500 miles away, with exceptions for Denver and Saturdays, so flights from the West Coast and overseas land at JFK or Newark. Check the code on your ticket.
No ride offers
Ignore anyone offering rides inside the terminal; meet only your pre-booked driver or use the official taxi stand.

How LaGuardia Airport pickup works

Immigration, baggage claim, then customs. Representatives can't enter those areas.
- 2
Meet your representative
At the meeting point in your confirmation. Check the company name before getting in.
- 3
Go straight there
No other stops, no other passengers.
Meet at your terminal
Delta arrives at Terminal C and every other airline at Terminal B. Drivers meet you at your terminal after baggage claim.

Don't accept a ride from someone claiming to know your booking. Check the company name and reservation details before getting in.
Return trips and flight changes

Where will my driver meet me at LaGuardia Airport?
At your terminal, after baggage claim. Delta arrives at Terminal C and every other airline at Terminal B, so give your airline and terminal when you book.
Is LGA the same as LaGuardia Airport?
Yes. LGA is the code for LaGuardia Airport, sometimes written La Guardia, in Queens. JFK and Newark (EWR) are separate airports, so check the code on your ticket.
Which terminal will I arrive at in LaGuardia?
Delta and Delta Connection use Terminal C. American, United, Southwest, JetBlue, Air Canada and Frontier use Terminal B. The Marine Air Terminal (Terminal A) has had no airline service since May 2026.
How far is LaGuardia from Manhattan?
LaGuardia is in East Elmhurst, Queens, about 8 miles from Midtown Manhattan, the closest of New York's three main airports to the city. Traffic around the airport and into Manhattan sets the trip time, and it is heaviest at rush hours.
Can you take me to Brooklyn or the Bronx?
Yes. We drive door to door to homes, hotels and offices across Brooklyn, the Bronx and the rest of Queens. Give the full address and any building entrance details when you book.
Can you take me to Long Island or Westchester?
Yes. We drive to homes and hotels on Long Island and in Westchester County, north of the city. Give the full address when you book.
Can you take me to the Hamptons?
The Hamptons are on the South Fork at the eastern end of Long Island, well beyond the New York suburbs. Enter the address in the booking form: when a vehicle is available for that route, the price shows before you pay; if it does not, contact us before you fly.
Can you take me from LaGuardia to JFK or Newark?
Yes. We drive between New York's airports for a connecting flight. Book the ride from LaGuardia with your arriving flight number and give your departing flight and terminal at the other airport, so the pickup leaves time for check-in.
I'm flying into JFK or Newark. Is this the right page?
No. This page books rides from LaGuardia (LGA) only. For JFK, see our JFK airport transportation page, for Newark (EWR) our Newark airport transportation page, and our New York airports page compares all three.
Is there a train from LaGuardia to Manhattan?
No. LaGuardia has no rail link. The Q70 LaGuardia Link bus runs to the subway at Jackson Heights and the Long Island Rail Road at Woodside, and the M60 bus runs to upper Manhattan. A private transfer is easier with luggage or for addresses away from the stations.
Do you drive to apartment buildings in Manhattan?
Yes. Give the full address, the apartment number, the building entrance and any doorman or loading-zone instructions, so the driver pulls up at the right door.
Should I buy transportation from people offering rides inside LaGuardia?
There is no need. Ignore anyone offering rides inside the terminal: booking ahead gives you a confirmed vehicle and a meeting point before you land. Check the company name against your confirmation before getting in.
What happens if my flight to LaGuardia is delayed?
We monitor the flight on your reservation, so your driver at LaGuardia waits for the actual landing. If your flight number, date or airline changes, or your flight is canceled, update it in Manage your booking so the pickup can be moved.
Can I book a ride back to LaGuardia Airport?
Yes. Book a one-way departure or a round trip from your hotel, home or office. Give your flight number, departure time and terminal, B or C, so the pickup is set for check-in and security.
Is Airport Transportation the same as LaGuardia Airport?
No. Airport Transportation is a private transfer service that books rides from LGA; we are not the airport or its operator. For terminals, airlines and other ways to get around, see our LaGuardia Airport page.

How many people can a van carry?
It depends on the vehicle. Each vehicle shows its maximum number of passengers and suitcases before you book, so you can choose one that fits your group.
How do I find you at the airport?
Walk all the way out of the airport. You'll see representatives holding boards. Look for the Airport Transportation logo or your name.
What kind of vehicles do you use?

Do you have insurance?
Yes. We carry insurance with complete liability for all passengers while using our services.

How far in advance should I book?

You pay securely online when you book, by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Do vehicles have air conditioning?
Yes. For your comfort all our units have air conditioning.
What if my flight is delayed?
During booking we ask for your airline and flight number so we can track delays and wait for you.
Can I make stops during my ride?
Yes, you can add an extra stop to your service during the booking process.
Do children pay differently than adults?
No. Prices are set per passenger range or per vehicle, not per age.
Is my reservation refundable?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pick-up and you are refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are not refundable.
Do drivers speak English?
Yes. While their English may not be native-level, drivers have the skills to communicate with passengers.
Are tips mandatory?
Tips are not mandatory but are highly recommended; drivers earn them through service quality.
What currencies are accepted?
All prices are in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the charge at its own exchange rate.
Are pets allowed?
We can transport domestic pets kept in cages that fit in a normal vehicle.
Is there room for luggage?
Yes. There is plenty of room for one suitcase and one carry-on per person.
What is included in the price?
Every private transfer includes a professional, licensed driver; an insured, well-maintained vehicle; real-time flight monitoring; meet-and-greet service at arrivals; and door-to-door service with no hidden fees added after booking. Your fixed price covers the full route to your destination.
