Changi has four terminals. Singapore Airlines uses T2 for most regional flights and T3 for long-haul flights, Scoot and many foreign airlines use T1, and T4 serves mainly low-cost and regional airlines plus Cathay Pacific and Korean Air. Always check your booking, as assignments can change.

Yes. Your driver meets you in the T4 arrival hall. T4 is not connected to the other terminals on foot, so make sure your reservation shows the right terminal.

Yes. All travelers entering Singapore by air must submit the free SG Arrival Card, including a health declaration, on the ICA website or the MyICA app within three days before arrival. Passengers transiting without clearing immigration do not need one.

Yes. We drive to condos, private homes and offices anywhere in Singapore. Give the full address with the block and unit number, plus any guardhouse or drop-off instructions.

You can arrange a car on the spot at the Ground Transport Concierge counter or take an official taxi, but booking ahead gives you a driver waiting in the arrival hall and a fixed price per vehicle. Avoid offers from people who approach you inside the terminal.

Johor Bahru is across the border, reached by road through the Woodlands or Tuas checkpoints with immigration on both sides. Cross-border rides are not available on every date, so contact us before booking to check.

We track the flight on your reservation and adjust the pickup to its actual arrival. If your flight number, date or airline changes, or the flight is canceled, update it in Manage your booking so we can move or cancel the transfer.

Yes. Book a departure transfer from your hotel, condo or cruise terminal to Changi and give your departure terminal, especially if you fly from T4.
