About JSX
JSX is a US public charter air carrier that flies 30-seat regional jets on short nonstop routes. It began flying in 2016 as JetSuiteX and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Its flights are operated by Delux Public Charter, LLC. JSX is not a member of an airline alliance.
Its main bases are Hollywood Burbank Airport and Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport, along with Dallas Love Field, Oakland, Orange County, Scottsdale, Miami-Opa Locka and Westchester County (White Plains). It serves around 30 destinations in the western United States, Texas, Florida, the New York area and Cabo San Lucas in Mexico. JSX flies from private terminals and hangar facilities rather than the main passenger terminals, and check-in opens 20 minutes before domestic departures.
The fleet of about 58 aircraft is made up of Embraer ERJ-135 and ERJ-145 jets plus a small number of ATR 42-600 turboprops.
Schedules, aircraft assignments, departure facilities and fare rules can change. Confirm operational details directly with JSX before travel.

Practical information
BaggageCabin bags, checked bags, missing luggage
JSX baggage allowances depend on the fare. Check the current rules on the official JSX site before you fly.
A carry-on bag is allowed; size and weight limits depend on fare and are shown during booking.
Checked bags are included on many fares, and golf bags, skis and snowboards can count toward the allowance. The exact allowance depends on fare.
Pets, sports equipment and medical equipment follow separate rules. Check the official JSX site before you fly.
Check-in and boardingSteps before departure
JSX check-in opens 20 minutes before domestic departures, and passengers check in at the JSX facility rather than the main terminal. Follow the arrival times shown in your booking, which are longer for international flights.
Confirm the departure facility address, which is usually separate from the main passenger terminal.
Bring a valid ID, and a passport and any entry documents for flights to Mexico.
Check in at the JSX counter at your departure facility when check-in opens.
Keep your boarding pass or booking confirmation ready as shown in your booking.
Allow time for traffic, parking or drop-off, bag check and screening at the JSX facility.
Lounges
JSX flies from private terminals and hangar facilities rather than the main passenger terminals, so main-terminal lounges are not part of a JSX trip. Check what is available at your departure facility before you travel.
Loyalty program
Club JSX is JSX's loyalty program. It is free to join, and members earn flight credit based on what they spend, which can be shared with a small group of other members. United MileagePlus members can choose to earn miles on JSX flights instead. Program rules change, so check your account for the conditions that apply to your trip.
