About TUI fly Belgium
TUI fly Belgium, officially TUI Airlines Belgium NV, is the Belgian airline of the TUI Group, the travel company that also owns tour operator TUI Belgium. It was founded in 2003, flew as Jetairfly from 2005 and took the TUI fly Belgium name in 2016. Its registered office is at Brussels Airport in Zaventem. TUI fly Belgium is not a member of an airline alliance and sells both flight-only tickets and package holidays.
Its home base is Brussels Airport (BRU), with further departures from Ostend-Bruges and Antwerp. The network serves around 74 destinations, mostly leisure airports in Spain and the Canary Islands, Portugal, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Egypt, Morocco and Cape Verde, plus seasonal ski and winter routes to Austria and Finnish Lapland.
The fleet of about 20 aircraft is made up of Boeing 737-800 and 737 MAX 8 jets and Embraer E195-E2 regional jets.
Schedules, aircraft assignments, terminals and fare rules can change. Confirm operational details directly with TUI fly Belgium before travel.

Fly Deluxe
An upgraded option on many routes from Belgium, with seat reservation, a premium meal and drinks, a separate check-in desk, Fast Lane security at Brussels Airport, and cabin and checked baggage included. It is not offered on some routes.

Practical information
BaggageCabin bags, checked bags, missing luggage
TUI fly Belgium baggage allowances depend on the fare and whether you booked flight-only or a package holiday.
Every passenger from age 2 can bring one small item of up to 40 x 30 x 20 cm that fits under the seat. A large cabin bag of up to 55 x 40 x 20 cm and 10 kg depends on fare: it is included with package holidays and Fly Deluxe, and can otherwise be added when you book.
Checked baggage depends on fare and can be added to a booking. Each checked piece can weigh up to 32 kg. Fly Deluxe includes 25 kg per person.
Strollers, wheelchairs, bicycles, golf and diving equipment are handled as special baggage and must be requested when you book; wheelchairs must be declared at booking. Check the official TUI fly baggage page before you fly.
Check-in and boardingSteps before departure
Online check-in on tuifly.be or the TUI fly app is possible from 24 hours to 1 hour before departure. On flights that do not allow online check-in, check in at the airport desk.
Confirm the departure airport, as TUI fly Belgium flies from more than one Belgian airport.
Review passport, visa and entry requirements for your destination, and upload any required documents.
Check in online or in the TUI fly app as soon as it opens.
Download your boarding pass or keep it in the app.
Allow time for bag drop, security and, on flights outside the Schengen area, passport control.
Lounges
TUI fly Belgium does not include lounge access in its fares from Belgium. Fly Deluxe passengers get a separate check-in desk and Fast Lane security at Brussels Airport instead. Independent lounges at Brussels Airport can be used by any traveler under their own conditions.
Loyalty program
TUI fly Belgium does not have an airline frequent-flyer program and is not part of an alliance, so its flights do not earn miles with other airlines. Comfort and baggage extras come from the fare option you book, such as Fly Deluxe.
