Value
Includes a checked bag allowance, a standard seat from row 8, a sandwich and water, and one change up to 24 hours before departure on UAE routes.
Ultimate

Practical information

Sports equipment and other special items follow separate rules. Check the official Air Arabia baggage information before you fly.
Check-in and boardingSteps before departure
Online check-in on airarabia.com or the Air Arabia app opens 48 hours before departure. Airport check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 1 hour before departure for most passengers.
Confirm the operating airline and departure airport, especially in the UAE, where flights leave from Sharjah, Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah.
Review passport, visa and entry requirements for your destination.
Check in online or in the app as soon as it opens. At some airports online check-in is not available, and you need to check in at the counter.
Download the mobile boarding pass or print it. If no boarding pass is issued online, collect it at the airport counter.
Allow time for bag drop, security and immigration; counters close 1 hour before departure.
Lounges
Air Arabia's fare bundles do not include airport lounge access. Some airports in its network have independent lounges that sell access separately; check the lounge options at your departure airport before you travel.
Loyalty program
AirRewards is Air Arabia's loyalty program. Members earn points as cashback on Air Arabia flights and with partners, and can use them online for flights, meals and baggage, or combine points with cash. Points can also be converted into Etihad Guest Miles. Program rules change, so check your account for the conditions that apply to your trip.
